Terms and conditions for new products

Payment

Cph Wheels accepts online payments with Visa, MasterCard, Anyday Split, and Bank Transfer. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

Delivery

The goods that are in our warehouse are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 5:00 PM the same day, orders after that are shipped the next day. Delivery time for goods that are in our warehouse is 3-5 working days.

Orders containing items that are in remote storage will be packed and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 4:00 PM the same day, orders thereafter will be packed and shipped the following day. Delivery times for items in remote storage vary. An estimate for delivery times is listed under each product.

We ship to all of Denmark and deliver directly to your door. We offer shipping for 250 kr. We are working hard on an agreement where you as customers can be offered free shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
In return, we offer free delivery for those who sign up for the newsletter :)

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering unless otherwise agreed.

We do not deliver abroad (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).

We use a number of couriers to provide a fast delivery time. PostNord, GLS, TNT, DHL and Danske Fragtmænd.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.

Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Cph Wheels will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

As well as an e-mail to info@cphwheels.dk, where you describe what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper and original packaging, and get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

Complaints cannot be made about normal wear and tear: Rims with lacquer, chrome and polished surfaces that have been driven in the winter months and have been exposed to salt, among other things! and have been exposed to hitting branches, scratches - scratches that develop into actual damage faster than normal rim coatings.

There is also no right of complaint if they have been neglected, have been hit, have stone chips, scratches or the like. No complaint if damage originates from installation tools.

There is no warranty on tires or rims that are assembled in a "German style". Nor on abnormal tire wear in connection with the installation of spacers and/or lowered chassis. No supplementary warranty is provided on all discontinued rims.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Return policy

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. Except B2B (no right of return)

The period is counted from that day;

- Where you receive the order.

- Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.

- Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

- The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.

You must bear the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. The notification must be given by email at Info@cphwheels.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

- Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch. (Custom cross-measure, ET, or finish)

- A complete set (alloy wheels with mounted tires), purchased from us as a complete package. This is considered a product manufactured to the consumer's specifications, as the set is tailored to the dimensions of your car. (However, a fit guarantee is provided. If the complete set DOES NOT fit your car, it will of course be exchanged for another set that does!)

- Used goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

- Goods that are picked up and paid for physically at our warehouse.

- New alloy wheels that YOU have had tires fitted on yourself!

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical store. However, you must be careful not to scratch the rims when installing them, as this reduces the value of the goods and you are therefore liable for the deterioration.

Rims that have been fitted with tires are considered used and therefore the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.

It is up to CphWheels.dk to assess the condition of the item.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

Special orders for both new and used rims

In some cases, it is possible to purchase individual new rims and tires from Cph Wheels. If the inventory is uneven (i.e. does not follow 2,4,8,12,16 . . .) and relatively high, it may be possible to order individual rims.
In cases where the customer has attempted to order a single rim, but it is not possible for Cph Wheels to deliver, the order will be canceled and the customer will be notified of this, as well as the reason.

Reservations are made for pricing errors, errors and omissions in the text.
Cph Wheels may cancel an order at any time. The customer will be notified of the cancellation.
